RETURN POLICY
The return process involves several steps and may require your time and additional costs.
To avoid the need for a return, we kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully before placing an order — including checking size, color, and product details.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items returned outside the 15-day window may not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost. We will notify you if this occurs.
All returns are subject to the following conditions:
– Item(s) are in original condition, unworn and unwashed
– All tags are still attached and intact
– Item/s were purchased from our brand website (noirelle.com.au)
– Item/s are not marked as sale or on clearance
– Accessories (eye masks, scrunchies, headbands and pillow covers) are non-refundable
Any item(s) that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return and will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event that you have ordered the wrong size or colour—or selected the wrong item—we will gladly offer an exchange within our 15-day exchange period.
Please submit an exchange request via Customer Support before returning any items to ensure we have the correct size and colour available in stock.

If you are unsure and need assistance, please send any sizing or fit questions to Customer Support via the contact form. We are always happy to help with fitting and size enquiries. Our exchange policy does not cover returns for try-ons; however, if you wish to exchange for an item of equal or higher value, we will gladly assist.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
All Noirelle products are produced under strict quality-control standards. However, if you receive an item with a defect, please take clear photos of the issue and email them to our customer support team at [email protected]. We will assist you promptly in resolving the matter.
Please do not return any items before contacting us. We first need to process your claim and provide the necessary return instructions. When sending your message, please include your order number, the SKU of the item, a description of the issue, and a few clear photos showing the fault.
– Faulty or damaged items must be returned in otherwise original condition.
Once we have received the item, we will assess the fault and reserve the right to repair or replace it.
If the item is no longer in stock, you may choose an exchange or a refund.
– Sale items, accessory items, and clearance items may also be replaced if they are classified as faulty.
Item(s) are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 15 days of purchase. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, incorrect use, or improper washing are not considered faulty. Silk is a delicate fabric and should be handled with care.
